With this new Hebrew year 5780 which started September/October last year and this new Gregorian year of 2020 we have stepped over a tremendously significant point in God’s timeline. I see it as a step from the past and into the future. It is not a progression of a change as with a seasonal change, but an abrupt and definitive moment of stepping from one time zone/era into another. We have entered an entirely new era such as the world has never seen. Think of it as stepping not only into a different time zone as we can on earth, but through a time warp into a whole new world filled with sights and sounds that seem familiar but are yet very different from anything we have experienced. To successfully navigate in this new world, we acquire new abilities to see, hear, discern and respond.
Spending time with the Lord early this morning I found myself praying the words below, which I share with you to hopefully adopt in prayer for yourself.
Thank You Lord for indwelling me and guiding me. I ask You to quicken my receptors. I ask You to quicken my processing time. I ask You to quicken my discernment. I ask You to quicken my response to You—my response to Your instructions, and Your empathetic voice concerning others, Amen. I ask You to make clear what I am to know and pray about, and what I am to speak and act on. I thank You that I have been a vessel in progress. I will not look back to what I have done or been because You have been fashioning me—You have been in the process of fashioning me since the day I cried out to You in total surrender. I have been in process and will continue to be in process all the days of my life. Therefore, to look back is to look at an incomplete moment in my life—a preview of what I am yet to become. As You work on me, more and more of the imperfect is removed and more of Your transforming perfection is worked in. Oh, Lord let me always cooperate with You and not resist Your perfecting work, even when it is unbearably painful, Amen. I will not look back, I will look at the present moment with eager anticipation for the future with all the advancements and Kingdom impact You have planned in and through me, Amen.
As we see all manner of evil and wickedness increase and clearly overtake people, we must realize it is the power of darkness seeking to cover the whole earth, as Scriptures foretell. However, we must pray against the evil forces and for the people to realize their plight if they continue to work against God and His ways. Do not fear! Fear is of the enemy. Stand firm on the knowledge that righteousness will ALWAYS out pace evil because the victory of Christ Jesus is finished–it is complete.
Consider the following Scriptures: Phil. 4:13-34, Gen. 19:17, Luke 9:62, 1 Cor. 9:24, Heb. 6:1, Gen. 19:26, Heb. 10:38-39. And John 1:5, John 8:12, John 12:46, Eph. 5:8.
Since the early 90s, God has called, equipped, and positioned me to be a voice it the wilderness, helping people prepare for and participate in God’s End-Time plans. I’d love to hear from you to know your thoughts and how my prayerful words impact you. Please leave your comments below.
