Order and Delivery Process
Our order process can sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to process. Most orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Weekend orders, in most cases will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same 24 to 72 hours of processing. Orders requiring delivery via USPS is estimated to be 5 to 14 business days.

Correctional Facilities Deliveries
Pamela Christian Ministries LLC is not responsible for the delivery of packages to correctional facilities. We will make every attempt to follow the mailing instructions provided by our customers, but we will not issue a refund for orders that do not reach their stated destinations. Therefore, if you wish to mail a package to someone in a correctional facility you do so at your own risk and expense.

Return Policy
We have a No Return policy, with all sales final. Our goal is for all our customers to be very satisfied with our service and products. For this reason we may allow returns under the following condition:

  • You receive a different item than you ordered. In this case please email us and describe the situation. We will compare your claim against our records and respond accordingly with applicable instructions.

Acceptable Use
Anyone who uses our services must abide by the following widely accepted standards of acceptable use:

a. Abuse
We do not partake in any form of Internet abuse and will not tolerate those that do (zero tolerance). If any of our customers or members using our services or software are accused of using these tools for any activity generally recognized as net abuse (including but not limited to: unsolicited mailings, unsolicited newsgroup postings, email harvesting, rogue endless pop-ups or malicious scripts), we will investigate the matter aggressively and swiftly.     All mailing lists at Pamela Christian Ministries LLC are maintained via an opt-in method that records the IP address of the person subscribing to the particular list.
