If I could provide you a way to overcome your personal sufferings would you receive it? If you are willing to examine your faith to make certain your life is based on truth, you can conquer your sufferings. But understand, to overcome life’s adversities depends on the the disposition of your will.
The human will is much more powerful than we generally understand. It can cause a person to resolutely work against all odds, even in the midst of personal harm, counting on the desired outcome. Human will is based on one’s closely held beliefs, in other words one’s faith. If you want to overcome your sufferings, you start by examining your faith.
When I speak to groups, one of the first questions I ask is, “Who in this room wants to live your life on the basis of a lie?” No one ever raises their hand to that question. But, I assert, unless we intentionally examine what we believe and why we believe it, we can easily be deceived and not know it. After all, the very nature of deception is that the victim is unaware.
A person whose faith is based on deception, will just as resolutely work against all odds, even in the midst of personal harm counting on the desired outcome. The difference is that what they achieve will not be what they expected. How exceedingly vital it is then for us to make certain our faith is based on truth.
If you are willing to deliberately examine what you hold as truth in the light of scrutiny, with the courage to denounce what you find is a lie, then intentionally embark on the journey to find truth, you can change your life. My life goal is to help people discover and live in life-giving truth. In this blog, my books and all my ministry work you will find compassionate and respectful instruction to help you enter into the abundant, victorious life available to anyone who truly want it. I hope you will take full advantage of my work.
