Searching for employment today is overwhelming and exceedingly impersonal. Let’s change that! Use this blog as a place to share what you learn that can be of help to others.
With 21.1 applicants for every single job opening, we need all the help we can get. The best way to get help is to give it. Noting that the vast majority of jobs are secured through personal referral, networking is essential. If you are actively referring others to openings you see that area potential fit for them, they will be more inclined to do the same for you.
If you’ve suffered under and unemployment as I have then you know that it is tremendously difficult on so many levels–practically, emotionally, relationally, physically, spiritually and more. Let’s help one another here! Let’s turn What You Don’t Know into what we do know! Let’s transform this otherwise isolating reality into a community of compassion and help!
